9. What are the rights of the interested?

11. What is the data retention term?
The Data collected pursuant to the previous paragraphs 1 and 3 are kept for a period equal to the duration of the collaboration relationship and for 10 years following the termination of the same, except in cases in which storage for a subsequent period is required for any litigation, requests from competent authorities or in accordance with applicable law.
At the end of the retention period, the data will be deleted, anonymized or aggregated.
